    Our Foundations class is designed for beginners, those new to the reformer, or anyone looking for a slower-paced, supportive experience.

    We focus on proper form, alignment, and clear explanations to help you build confidence and move safely on the reformer. It’s the perfect starting point if you’re beginning your Pilates journey or returning after an injury.

  • FLOW

    Our signature reformer class.

    An intermediate-level experience designed for clients comfortable on the reformer and ready to move continuously. Expect seamless transitions, athletic sequencing, and the use of props for a full-body burn.

    Smooth. Strong. Addictive.

  • POWER / BARRE

    Advanced & Fast-paced. Challenging.These 45-minute classes are designed for experienced reformer clients looking to push their limits. Expect higher intensity, quicker transitions, and serious strength work.

    We recommend speaking with an instructor before booking. If you have injuries or mobility limitations, we’ll help you find the best class for you.

NEW TO REFORMER PILATES?

Welcome — you’re in the right place.

For clients new to the reformer, we require either:

  • an Intro Reformer Group Session, or

  • a Private Session

This ensures you feel confident, supported, and set up for success from day one.
